The pre-feasibility study for the “ICT Training Center” public-private partnership project

On August 12, the pre-feasibility study for the “ICT Training Center” public-private partnership project was presented to stakeholders within the framework of the project "Support to Ministry of Education in the development of sustainable and various financing sources of education through public private partnership initiatives" 

The online presentation was attended by all stakeholders of the project, including the Ministry of Education, the Agency for Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, relevant NGOs and the private sector. During the presentation, participants were informed about relevant policies and legislation, two business models for ITC training center, capital investment, targeted knowledge and objectives, demand and supply for ICT skills, income, expenses and profits for each bussiness models. Presentation was finalized with Q&A session.

"Support to Ministry of Education in the development of sustainable and various financing sources of education through public private partnership initiatives" project is implemented by a consortium led by IBF International Consulting with the financial support of the European Union (EU).
