Development of occupational standards and curricula for the scip vocational education center

 Identifying 6 most demanded priority occupational profiles: i) Conducting desk research and consultations with stakeholders for identification of priority occupational profiles; ii) Finalizing the list of 6 priority occupations;
 Developing occupational standards on 6 profiles: i) Making job analysis for drafting of occupational standards; ii) Drafting occupational standards; iii) Discussing drafted occupational standards with representatives of trend-setting companies and expert/master workers for adapting them into local conditions (validation); iv) Submitting the standards to the Sector Committee for review and comments;
 Developing curricula on 6 profiles: i) Using validated occupational standards for development of learning outcomes and assessment criteria; ii) Developing instructional materials and orientation tables both for students and for teachers and instructors; iii) Finalizing curricula for 6 professional profiles;
 Organizational activities: Conducting meetings and workshops.

Development of performance-based teacher remuneration system in Azerbaijan

 Training on Performance Based Teacher Remuneration delivered from 02 November to 13 November 2015. Twenty five assessors awarded with certificate, pilot assessment conducted in 3 schools and results of pilot test analysed.
 12 days awareness camping (training-seminar) on Performance-based system as a key tool for improving quality in education in 12 schools (covered over 1,200 teachers and directors from 300 schools) of Baku city conducted in December 2015.
